AI-Driven Education CRM for Schools & Coaching Institutes

The Big Picture is a next-generation academic management platform designed for schools, institutes, and coaching networks.
 It unifies students, teachers, coaches, and administrators in one ecosystem — managing everything from time-tables and homework to attendance, communication, and performance analytics.

Built on React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, the system delivers a flexible, scalable solution that digitizes academic workflows while giving real-time visibility into student progress and staff productivity.

The Challenge

Educational institutions were juggling too many disconnected tools — Excel sheets for attendance, WhatsApp groups for communication, and manual planning for timetables.

Our Approach

We built a multi-role education CRM using a React.js frontend, Node.js backend, and MongoDB database, optimized for performance, analytics, and future AI integration.

The design goal was to make the experience intuitive — easy for teachers to log tasks, simple for students to track classes, and powerful for management to monitor everything in one dashboard.
