Hospital Management System

IPD, OPD & Accounting Platform

We developed a comprehensive Hospital Management System (HMS) designed to streamline day-to-day clinical, operational, and accounting workflows for hospitals and medical centers.

The platform, built on Laravel and MySQL, centralizes everything from OPD and IPD patient records to billing, accounting, and staff management, giving administrators a unified view of all hospital operations.

This system is currently deployed across multi-specialty hospitals and diagnostic centers that need real-time patient tracking, efficient billing, and error-free accounting.

This created major issues:

Delays in patient discharge due to manual billing

Manual billing slowed down the discharge process, causing long wait times for patients and staff.

Duplicate data between departments (reception, pharmacy, accounts)

Different departments maintained separate records, leading to repeated data entry and frequent mismatches.

Errors in manual calculations resulted in unreliable financial statements and compliance issues.

Goal:

The goal was to build a single integrated system that connects front desk, doctors, labs, and accounts while maintaining data accuracy and compliance.

Our Approach

We architected a modular Hospital ERP using Laravel for backend logic, MySQL for database management, and a role-based UI accessible by all hospital departments.

The focus was on speed, accuracy, and inter-department synchronization — so every patient update or billing entry reflects instantly across all modules.
