CrazyConvert is our proprietary Shopify AI app that helps online merchants convert hesitant visitors into paying customers through real-time, intelligent price negotiations.

It’s an AI-driven system that engages users when they hesitate, abandon carts, or linger on product pages — and offers personalized deals based on merchant-defined rules, cart value, and buyer behavior.

The Problem

Our Approach

Our goal was to design an app that feels like a “smart salesperson” living inside the store — one that detects hesitation, analyzes visitor behavior, and engages with dynamic offers to close the sale.
