The Muslim Property is a niche online real-estate portal built for the Muslim community — targeting homeowners, landlords, developers, and brokers in Gujarat (and India broadly). themuslimproperty.com+1 It enables property listing, search, filtering by area/type/project and is positioned to serve specific cultural/market-needs of its target audience.

The Challenge

The Muslim Property set out to solve a very specific problem:
 general real-estate portals were too broad, too generic, and completely ignored the cultural, community-specific, and locality-specific needs of Muslim home-seekers in Gujarat and India.

The lack of a unified platform for owners, agents, developers, and end-users resulted in slow updates, mismatched property information, and low trust among the target audience.
