Education CRM & Digital Learning Platform

IP Tutorials is one of Vadodara’s leading coaching institutes offering science, commerce, and competitive exam preparation programs. The institute needed a centralized CRM platform and connected mobile app to digitize academic operations, improve student–parent communication, and manage accounting—all within one ecosystem.

We built a custom Education CRM and learning management system (LMS) with integrated website, WhatsApp automation, and mobile app, giving IP Tutorials a full 360° digital infrastructure.

The institute was managing classes, attendance, admissions, and fees through multiple tools and manual spreadsheets. This caused:

Goal:

The goal was to build a unified CRM system that would handle everything—students, staff, communication, learning content, and finance—while being user-friendly for non-technical staff.

Our Approach

We designed a modular, multi-role CRM system built on React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and Flutter, integrated with WhatsApp Business API for smart notifications.

Each user—admin, teacher, student, and parent—gets a tailored dashboard and workflow suited to their role. The system’s goal: simplify every academic operation while maintaining real-time transparency and data accuracy.
